The V12 was from an 89 750i BMW a buddie has. Not a bolt but a heck of a motor 304.4 cu.in. with 375 hp and 395 ft./lb. the car is an Autobahn cruiser. The motor and tranny were going to be a really good deal was the only reason I considered it.
I love that look of suprise when people look under the hood of my 53 and see my 235 with the sixpack so I wanted to go the other direction and put something other than a smallblock in my rodded truck. I've also looked at several Electric vehicle conversions and could end up going that route.
I realize over all it may not be some peoples taste (Heck I may not like it when it's done) but I'm having fun messing with it and at my height that extra leg room will come in handy.
