Never seen an extended-cab AD that looked right to my eye. IMHO they always look uglified in the wrong way and kind of unbalanced. Best I ever saw was one done by a local Mexican shop on a 3-window--very subtly chopped, no more than a couple of inches, and no rear side window. Subtly widened rear fenders over fat rims also helped a little. It looked quite mean, which is my preferred style of uglification; but still somewhat of an abortion compared with stock. But then, I've never seen a modern extended-cab truck that looks right either.
