I think you're right Stuart. Given the different types of people out there, what one views as a "hack job" another will see it as "it gets me where I need to go."
It's kinda like the Million Dollar Question: should I restore her, ressurect her or rod her?
Someone years from now will be posting: "Why'd the PO do THAT to my truck??" And the cycle will continue LOL
