I run a 60K BTU house furnace in my shop. As short as my time has been lately, I don't want to wait for the shop and it's contents to warm up and I don't want to tend to keeping a fire stoked. I insulated and sealed my shop up tight and the sealed furnace drips it's condensation into a bucket, not the air. I also put a loft over half of it to lower the area needed to heat.
