Depends-what size tires will you be running? Unless you're going with really tall tires,I'd probably go with the auto. axle;usually the automatic equipped rigs run taller gearing than sticks,but it'd be a good idea to check the ratios before you make a selection. I'd find something around a 3.73 or 3.55 ratio,but that's just my preference.Just remember if you gear it too high you'll be downshifting more often on hills and may end up running out of power,which means driving deeper into the throttle-low vacuum,bad for mileage.
