2griggs: I was told I would have an answer in a day, then two, then 3, then a week. I just want someone to keep their word and give me an answer when they sayid I would have one. I need this resolved soon. Thanks

Chris P. S.: Unfortunately I do not have any further details as this is investigated by Trust and Safety and that is another department.

2griggs: Any idea when I may actually have an answer?

Chris P. S.: I hope that you get your answers soon as I know it can be frustrating waiting when you need something looked after in a timely manner. I am not positive. I can not give an exact date, but they try to get them out as soon as possible.
