No, I have not heard from ebay, resubmitted my complaint after the 6th day, now 2.5 days later no response to that one either.
I'll try and chat with them again about it, but I don't thin it will help.
About all that is left to do is call the seller up and try and work it out, I don't think ebay wants to help.
