Had good and bad with all of them over the years. Truck Shop ticked me off for a bit but now is back on track. No problems with Chevy Duty in 10 years ??? Guess everbody has a problem with someone now and than . I had a few problems with AC a while back but it got fixed in time. Damaged/ lost stuff is a problem sometimes as its not the sellers fault. Sheet metal most times does not travel very well. Better to go to a show and pick it up or purchase it local.
Sounds like you may have rattled there cage a bit and they really dont want to do bussiness with you. LOL The joys of mail order!!!
