Gas&aspark, it is happening here also, there are rich greedy people(walmart?) here also. The tiny towns that can't mantain the streets they got wanna annex land all around for more Fed tax dollars. Then they start on the "improvements", one very poor family had to buy a lawnmower since they are "in town" now. I have lived out here 30 yrs & they never owned one, had animals to keep grass down(they are gone also, they had "improper" fencing). These folks lived like folks did 50 yrs ago, 2-3 acres of garden etc. Seems they should have that right. Brian
