All you should have to do is type in your serial number, then press the ENTER key on your keyboard.
Make sure any letters in your Seriel Number are in CAPS, for example, you'd type in 21SAK not 21sak.
If your serial is not recognised, it will appear as nothing is happening.. please post your serial here so I can make sure it's a compatable number.
