The changes/fixes have been made. For testing purposes, I made up numbers for the Janesville, WI plant made in August.
21VLH000 = 1952 4500 1.5 ton schoolbus, 161 wheelbase, Janesville WI, August
21PBH000 = 1934 1.5 ton (dual), 131 wheelbase, Janesville WI, August
21OBH000 = 1933 1.5 ton dual, 131 wheelbase, Janesville, WI, August
21LQH000 = 1929 or early 1930 1.5 ton, 131 wheelbase, Janesville WI, August
And for the COE "Early" or "interm" series trucks..
21OHH000 = '46 Interm 2 ton COE, 109 WB

21OJH000 = '46 Interm 2 ton COE, 158 WB
