Keep in mind that the forum rules on ads were in effect before any of us here ever started posting on Stovebolt.Supposedly you all read the posting agreement when you signed on.
So a person violates the rules,a moderator speaks up about. Almost always results in a discussion saying how the rules are unfair and should be changed for the benefit of a few.
Like I said, I loosened the rules on off topic posts to satisfy some guys here. Perhaps I was wrong for doing that, maybe opened up Pandora's box by being a nice guy.
It's far easier to deal with issues if the rules are black and white, right?
