I, too, bought a clutch fork boot from Chevy Duty that was no where near being the right size to fit correctly. I didn't bother to return it and currently not running one.
I have been in their store several times and have never seen the same face twice. Always seems like new inexperienced people. but everyone has to learn sometime.
Only other problem was when I bought their heater paint. I asked what type of paint it was for mixing reasons etc. No one there had a clue what type of paint it was. I mentioned it on their web site and received an anwser but by that time I had already tried it and failed. I went ahead and used a different paint.
