Here in Canada I order mainly from Scotts Super Trucks. Their service is good as you talk to either Scott or Hugh. I inquired about the length of their choke cable and they went and measured it. Way back when I got my first truck I ordered a shop manual only to find the previous owner had drpped off the original on my porch sometime later without my knowing it. Scotts policy is no return on literature and the like which I think is fair. I called them and explained and was told to return it, no problem. My headliner came with a slight crease in it and again was told to send it back. I didn't send it back because I knew there would be more creases in it by the time I installed it.
