Check your camshaft and rockers to see if all of the cylinders are working properly. Then, start with the basics. Run a compression test and see what you have to start with. May have blown a head gasket, cracked a head, broken the camshaft or timing gear, etc., etc. If it starts and runs, you are getting some spark and fuel. I would check engine condition first.
