Where I live, we have frequent incidents involving dramatic crashes of SUVs. When the driver survives, they always say that they were doing a reasonable speed when "the SUV went off the road". They are never responsible! Personally I think that it is time to use existing technology to expose these jokers. They drive up our insurance rates and make the highways a more dangerous place to be.
