With a old truck like you have, you definately have to go with original. It's a very rare find. It would be a shame to cut up a perfectly good body to rod it. And as far getting your money out of it, stock is the way to go. I've had several cars, both stock and muscle car. The rods take a lot more money to get them looking good for show and go and you rarely get 1/3 of what you put into it. Like you say, it's your choice but to me it's a shame to destroy a part of history. Cecil.........
