That is an interesting idea! I've got a 96 Cherokee and the 4.0 six is a very good engine. Lots of good ones around the wreckers too. Probably would have to use the Jeep transmission as well.4.0 with a 5 speed or OD automatic would make a nice powertrain in an old truck.
