Some will say yes, it will cause problems and others say it's a good thing. As long as you don't lower it much and get a professional alignment done afterwards, you'll be alright. If your truck won't align after the drop, then you went too far. I would say 4" would be the limit. That's my opinion and others will soon follow I'm sure,
