I was wandering what size of truck you would need to safely tow a 1/2 ton 1948 chevy on a trailer?
I would have to rent a uhaul trailer(if it is long enough). I currently have a 2001 Ford(yea I know a Ford) Supercrew with a V8 in it. It is rated as a half ton. Am I gonna have problems towing with this truck? Or would I need to see if I could borrow my dads 3/4 ton Dodge Diesel? Id rather use my truck, however I want to do it safely(as I would be traveling about 400 miles) and cause no damage to either trucks.....
