Mine is approx.24X36,More of a barn than a garage.I put a new floor in 3 yrs.ago.I am going to insulate it and put in 2 new overhead doors.Then hook up a couple of gas heaters.On one side there is a 16X36 woodshop which is insulated and heated.So overall it is a good sized building.About 36X40.No matter how big it is I always wish it was bigger.
