Getting my '48 going took about 18 months and two full winters in the driveway. I did get to use the garage for the 261 when it was on the engine stand, though. (Thanks, Honey!!)
I know the feeling. I remember having to hold my breath because when I would breeth it created such a fog that you coulden't see. -10 sucks when you need to drop in a motor.
Thats why I pay for a heated shop. I only have to work out in the cold when I bust something.
