My lovely wife had a 30x40 steel shop built a few years ago! It has 14 ft walls, fully insulated and heated! It is nice to have a warm, dry work area! Got both finished and under construction rides, lots-o-benches, 100 amp electrical service, and a ton of lights! Going to expand inside with a mezzanine and add 2 20x40 wings. Never have enough room!
