rcurrier44 Junior Member R Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 27 Bozeman, Montana	Me and two friends rent a 3800 sq ft shop from a local farmer. It is heated, has air, water, 110/220, and phone already in it. We also have lots of parking/storage area + axcess to his loader tractor to move big stuff around.
