I've only got a small 22x30 3 car garage... unfortunatelly, it is full to the eaves with parts and my wifes stuff... It's amazing how much losing 3 feet off the long side of a garage will put a dent in your storage room... I only have room for preventive maintenance or a short job...
At any rate, i've got about half of the plans for a 24x30 workshop done, which will make room for everything, including being able to work on long term projects.
