| | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 1,048 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 1,048 | How is my 1941 3/4 ton's gas pedal mounted to the floor? I have what I was told is the original gas pedal. It has a ball socket at the top which looks like it will snap over the ball end on the linkage rod. At the other end is a triangular metal plate with several holes. This plate is riveted to the pedal. My question is what goes between it and the floor. There are two holes in what appears to be the correct spot, but they do not match up with the plate on the pedal. There must have some kind of hinge here. | | |
