Spent a whole day doing that..Get yourself a steering wheel puller, and a can of PB Blaster..They have it at WalMart..Put on the puller, and tighten down, shoot the stuff on and wait, come back later, tighten down, shoot the stuff on, come back later, tighten down, shoot the stuff on, come back later...Amazing as it might seen, it will come loose..Take your time, and don't beat on the wheel..Good luck, Steve
