I made mine in about ten minutes.
Using a flat steel strap, 1/4'' x 1'' with rounded corners to fit the horn area, drill two holes so as to allow you to screw down 2 - 5/16''x18, 2-1/2'' bolts into the steering wheel hub. Using the steering wheel threaded post as part B I tightened down the two nuts I have on the bolts. By tightening these nuts and shortening the attaching point, the wheel comes up. I used rustsolve and a wooden handle tap or two. It took two minutes to pull.
