Just remove the valve cover and attach two pieces of chain to the rocker arm stands with clevises and angle iron. then lift with the engine hoist. I've been lifting fully dressed engines, bell housing, flywheel, clutch, and all, that way for 50+ years. Haven't dropped one yet! However, that Daytona stand is plenty strong to support the assembly from the bell housing. Bolt a piece of angle iron from the front of the engine to the floor with a caster wheel attached if the overhang is worrisome to you.
