I built this one from scrap lumber I had and a repurposed set of 4 dolly wheels. Pictures show a GMC 302 deep pan (uses the same pan gasket set as GMC 228, 236, 248, 256 & 270) on the stand.
The larger dolly wheels are both a blessing and a curse. They are good because they roll easier and they are bad because they roll easier when you don't want them to.
I can get you critical measurements if you decide to build your own this way.

'57 GMC 102, Original 347 V8, HydraMatic, 3.08 rear gear, added A/C, disk front brakes, HEI, AFB carb, '98 Honda Black Currant paint. T-boned and totaled 10/12 '52 GMC 152 Stake Bed, Original 228, SM420, added A/C, HEI, disk front brakes, '67 Chev 3.55 rear gear. Gets used as a real truck.
