Did the builder use some sort of sealer on the head gasket? Was the head retorqued after the initial run-in? Chances are that a good cleanup of the "leak" and another warmup and a hot retorque will stop any seepage. Following the recommended tightening sequence in the service manual, loosen each head bolt one at a time about 1/4 turn, and retighten them to the proper torque specification. Loosening and retorquing a single bolt at a time will keep the head from shifting position.
