Great it was the master cylinder for the fix, but the other problem could have been collapsed inner brake line even on brand new rubber hoses. Quality today. Btw I actually bought my master cylinder from rock auto for a lot less than the vintage resellers for my ‘37. I was shocked it was available. My original was extremely pitted and I found a place to sleeve it at a crazy price too.
