While a better flowing radiator will help, a better coolant make a huge difference. When I was deployed in the Middle East we would use a coolant that was formulated for desert environments. It literally dropped the operating temp of Power Station Generators by 20 degrees. That massive difference at a 128 degree air temps. The biggest drawback to using this type of coolant is you cannot add water to it.

While it may not be something that everyone would use it works, it's at least worth reading about
