I have noticed that often when I release my gas cap there is pressure released. I am thinking maybe this pressure is what's blowing past the needle and seat because my dampness around carb shows and accumulates even went the truck is parked for days without any running. My question is where is my tank supposed to be vented at? At the cap itself? I have replaced the cap with new one that was supposed to be for my year truck.
