I have a 1946 chevy truck and the drivers side spindle has a damaged thread. I put an additional spindle nut on it have have been driving it a little that way. (sorry) however I would like to fix it properly but cannot seem to find a replacement spindle for it. When I go to Chevs of the 40s they only list a mustang spindle. Is that supposed to replace the stock spindle on the original axle??
