After living on a boat for a couple of years, I have a decent crimper for smaller gauge wire, but what should I use to terminate #2 or 0 gauge cables use if I don't purchase pre-made units?

Also, what is a good source for terminals to use with 6-10 gauge wires? (Is there much quality difference between brands?)
