FYI, broken Craftsman tools can be exchanged using their website. I recently received a new 3/8 drive 10mm socket to replace the one that wouldn't dependably grip a bolt head (It's a 12 point.) I still have the old socket. They wouldn't send me a 6 point, but the new one is made in Taiwan, head and shoulders above the Chinese ones.
Craftsman Warranty It's a little hard to navigate, but works.
