I heard this from a friend of a friend of a friend, etc. He used to cheat. He'd find stuff on eBay from tool dealers (Snap On) that were shutting down or retiring. Pretty good prices. Then he would cheat a little more. Buy a used set, then find a tool truck and have them warranty them for failing chrome, wear, etc. Most of the time, he could get them to replace the whole set.
