BTW, last time I removed a tapered chuck was from laziness. Instead of changing out the tool holder in the mill, I put an end mill in the chuck. Afterall, it was just a quick/easy operation I needed to complete. Yep, that side pressure was just enough. Enough for me to not get the desired results and have to set up the job correctly.
