And if you, for one moment, consider this to be "political" .... sigh ... you miss the point entirely. The point being that we, as the warrior class who have been entrusted with the safeguarding and preservation of this grand Republic, have to first preserve our own warrior ethos to a level unrivaled by any other nation past, present or future.

So far, okay ... but it hangs by a thread at the moment.
