Concur, Jerry ... mostly.

But as I have said previously, there are exceptions to every rule. I have been blessed to have served with, and for, some truly outstanding 0-6's and a couple of Flag officers.

But for every good Field/Flag Grade I can name, I can probably name 5 or 6 I wouldn't urinate on if they were on fire.
