Try cleaning the battery terminals, as well as the large gauge cable connections at the starter and ground. I'll bet you'll find a loose or corroded connection. The solenoid chattering is the clue that it doesn't have enough voltage to stay pulled in.
Already did the wiring cleaning thing on each end of both main battery cables and the small wire on the starter side with electrical cleaner and wire brushes. Finished it up with a thin bit of die electric grease.
The starter was rebuilt/repaired by a starter shop and they replaced the solenoid as well. Apparently the new one I put on was junk(less than a month old), thanks NAPA.
