I have battery cut-off switch so no power was going from the hattery to the truck. The linkage is free and there is no sign of a hang up. The return spring is intact and strong. The parts are not rustd at all and have been lubricated each time I lubed the chassis. The only thing I can think of and it is not much is when the lever was touching the switch button on the starter it must have caused a slow discharge. | | |
