I worked for a company in the early 80's that designed and produced carb tuners for motorcylces. We had several customers that used the tuners on cars with multiple carbs, mostly European and British as Jerry stated. I have worked on various race engines with multiple carbs and even a few with Hilborn injectors. I have no doubt that the dual carb setup won't be a learning curve and a task to get right or at least close to right. There are many examples of the dual carb setups working on Stovebolt engines, someone has figured it out.
