I remember when I worked on a fishing boat, we got a cheezie set of tools for the crew and the skipper had a really nice set of tools locked away. We were always breaking wrenches and dropping the dang things overboard or in the bilge below the 6-71 (read . . . the oil slick below the motor) . . . any who, the good tools were Craftsman and never broke. Dittos on the ratchet topic, I have a Sears Ratchet that I bought when I was 19 that is my favorite ratchet of all time, big handle and micro-click ratchet mechanism - its a beautiful thing . . . sniff
