Since I’m not going full bananas on this pickup, I chose not to do AC. But the original heaters are huge and suck. I found the Vintage Air heater and it is SO cool! Very compact,it and the water control fit in the cab side of the firewall. I welded two small brackets to the inside of the cowl to mount the heater up under the dash so it won’t be seen. VA controls are servo so they are electronic and super controllable; no clunky flappers! $310.
