What a coincidence. The pickup I’m working on spent its first year 66-67 as a forest service truck in Toole county, why I don’t know, as there aren’t any trees. Then it was purchased by the grandfather of the kid I purchased it from in the little town where I’m from originally. I thought briefly about rebadging it as a forest service truck, but naw…. I bought a decent door on Craigslist this week and was was “patinaing” it to make it look worn….sprayed a little grey primer before the brown metallic then sanded the primer back….low and behold, the remnants of this doors’ life showed up. It was totally invisible to the naked eye…. Well…..I was pretty excited…..
