You could do something like this:
https://www.mcmaster.com/product/8382K31It is a metal body momentary switch. Being IP66 rated, it should be fine in an automotive environment.
It is rated for 2.5A@24VDC, so you might need a relay (or a larger switch of the same concept) for the solenoid. I am not sure offhand how much current those solenoids draw.
