KDrown I looked at that one on the Speedway website. I turned the the carb 90* to try to even out the air/fuel charge. I think that one will run into the valve cover. I do have a throttle peddle from an OBS truck. I bought a Mr. Gasket cable a while back. I think it might be the same as yours? I'm going to experiment with a Mr. Gasket bracket I found.
