I had a brain burp and remembered there are a couple of pictures in the 1954 Chevy Truck Operators Manual. Check out pages 25 and 27 to see pictures of the standard production filter (pg 25) and an optional oil bath cleaner (pg 27). I think the oil bath cleaner pictured is the large 2pt capacity unit, but it doesn't specify that for sure.
